Bill Acceptor:

• Accepts up to four (4) bills

• Bill acceptor is set to accept only singles

• Model: ICT P70 Stackerless

Languages:

• Audible instructions and volume control

Machine Design:

• Made of steel, layered with epoxy painting (Red, Yellow, Gray) and holds up to 600 straws

• Straws are dispensed one at a time at the bottom and are internally stored

Electronic Components:

• Digital display with 2 different colors to indicate the results of Blood Alcohol Concentration (Red and Green)

• 4 graphic screens that guide you through the test (in case you can't hear the voice instructions due to surroundings)

Systems:

• Automatic calibration system: Starts every time the machine is powered on (calibrate every 2-3 months and /or when replacing sensor)

• Breathalyzer check-up system: Detects any malfunctioning of the machine

• Cleaning system: Eliminates any prior breath samples after each test

• Anti-condensation system: Prevents condensation from entering the machine after each test.

• Alcohol Sensor Replacement advice: The machine indicates when the alcohol sensor must be replaced (supplied by Alco-Checkpoint). Sensors last between 1000-2000 uses and cost $70

Breathalyzer Installation:

• Easily wall mounted using toggle or lag bolts/nuts

• Plugs into an electric outlet (only 12 volts of power used)

Calibration:

• Calibrator and calibration instructions are included with your purchase of our machines

• Calibrating is quick, easy and only needs to be done every 2-3 months

• (1) Calibrator may be used multiple times on all your machines

Sensor Replacement:

• Sensors only need to be replaced every 1000-2000+ uses

• Sensors are easy to replace and supplied by Alco-Checkpoint

• Machines should be calibrated after replacing the sensor and after allowing the sensor to warm up for an hour

• The Alco-Checkpoint will indicate when a sensor needs to be replaced by displaying "AL6" followed by the lights turning off. Once you easily replace the sensor the Alco-Checkpoint will resume normal operation.

Straws:

• Replenish straws as needed, between 500-600 per machine. Straws are standard wrapped and can be purchased online of from any restaurant supply store.
