No need to mention the amount spent.  It was worth it.  Why?  Tim Althouse of Birmingham Vending was there to answer the phone even when he was ill.  Tim displayed a rare sense of urgency for the customer's concern which is difficult to experience nowadays.  For example, while the items were being delivered at our home, Tim was on the phone with us just to make sure the items were not dented, that the items were what we ordered, and that they worked properly.  How can you not trust your business to such a company.  Thank you Tim.  Thank you Birmingham Vending.  I know you will be there when the games require servicing because you have tremendous credibility with my family based on your caring attitude and customer service.
